    Sorts articles by color and fabric, and loads into automatic washing machine.

    Adjusts machine settings for temperature, water level, and time duration of wash.

    Add measured amounts of detergent, bluing, starches, and fabric softener as required. 

    Removes articles from washer and loads into dryer.

    Sorts, irons, and folds dried articles.

    May iron only.

    May use electric ironing machine.

    COOK 
    A cook is a household staff member responsible for food preparation. The cook is responsible for the preparation of daily meals and menus, as well as menus for parties and other special occasions. The cook is also responsible for the ordering of food, the maintenance of the kitchen and for keeping accounts with local merchants. The holder of the position reports directly to the lady of the house or sometimes to the housekeeper. Responsibilities include;
    Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils. 
    Cook the exact number of items ordered by clients, working on several different orders simultaneously. 
    Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas. 
    Measure ingredients required for specific food items being prepared. 
    Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as grills, deep-fat fryers, or griddles. 
    Pre-cook items such as bacon, in order to prepare them for later use. 
    Prepare and serve beverages such as coffee and fountain drinks. 
    Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity. 
    Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for cooking. 
    Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases. 
    Schedule activities and equipment use with clients, using information about daily menus to help coordinate cooking times.

    HOUSEKEPPER
    Housekeepers are employed either in a private home or in a commercial environment such as a hotel. Duties will vary according to the employment environment but the basic tasks and skills required to perform the housekeeping job remain the same.     Drive safely and deliver products within deadlines. 
    Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule. 
    Report any accidents or injuries to clients immediately. 
    Load and unload products from trucks and trailers. 
    Perform vehicle inspection such as checking fluid level and tire pressure. 
    Notify clients about any major repairs and maintenances. 
    Follow local and state driving laws and road regulations. 
    Maintain the vehicle clean and safe.

    Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.

    The nanny is a specialist working in the family’s home, responsible for all tasks related to care of the children.  The nanny will serve as a loving, nurturing and trustworthy companion to children.  Family will employ the nanny on a full-time, live-out basis. However, the typical responsibilities of a nanny include;
